Rent beautiful common room

Øresund Park offers a beautiful common room, which is the perfect place for your next birthday party, confirmation or other festive event. The room has gone through a makeover, which art director and interior designer Ida from the company Idéstrup was in charge of. And the result is stunning! The room offers a large dining area, where beautiful disco balls contributes to the festive atmosphere. There is also a cozy lounge area with sofa arrangements and beautiful art on the wall.

If you wish to rent the common room, simply book and pay directly through the Mit Balder app. Mit Balder can be downloaded for iPhone and Android devices.

The rent is DKK 3,000.00 and the deposit is DKK 2,000.00. A total of DKK 5,000.00 is paid via the rent. The price is incl. final cleaning.

The room is close to Øresund Metrostation and is approved for 50 people. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen, toilets, terrace, tables and chairs.

What are the parking options at Øresund Park?

You can rent a parking space in the property's underground parking lot offering both ordinary parking , disabled parking and electric car parking with chargers. For details on terms and price contact the property administrator.

Parking license for street level parking on the property's cadastre is purchased directly from City Parkeringsservice. Further information can be found on the signs around the parking area.

How do I book the common room?

At Øresund Park, it is possible to rent the property's two common rooms for festive arrangements etc. The rent is DKK 3,000 per day incl. end of stay cleaning.

The common rooms are located at the following addresses:

Øresundsvej 145, st. left. The room is close to Øresund Metro Station and is approved for 50 people. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen, toilets, large terrace, tableware, tables and chairs.

 

Strandlodsvej 63A, st. The room is approved for 50 people and is connected to La Madeline, which has good offers on food and drink for the party. The room contains tables, chairs and access to toilets.

What should I do in case of loud noise from neighbours?

We encourage all residents to show consideration and understanding towards their neighbours. If you experience general noise annoyance, we first and foremost encourage you to talk to your neighbours about the problem and, hopefully, find a solution together. If you continue to experience problems, you can contact your property manager.

If you experience loud noise from a party or the like, you can contact our night guards. They are available by phone (+45 30 39 64 62) every day of the week from 22: 00-04: 00. They also visit the property every Friday and Saturday in the late evening hours.
