As you may have noticed, Carlsbakken offers a shared rooftop terrace of nearly 300 m2. Here, you can settle into a cozy corner and enjoy a cup of coffee while chatting with your neighbor. The rooftop terrace is also the perfect place to celebrate birthdays and other family gatherings.

It is free to use the rooftop terrace, and you do not need to reserve it in advance. We expect you to clean up and tidy the rooftop terrace after use. What are the parking options at Carlsbakken?

There are parking spaces in the landowners' association along Campusvej behind the property, which can be used with a valid parking license. Only households with a car can get a parking license, which costs DKK 50 per month. A parking license gives the right to park in the area, but is not a guarantee of a free space. Contact your property manager Lene to apply for a parking license.

What should I do in case of loud noise from neighbours?

We encourage all residents to show consideration and understanding towards their neighbours. If you experience general noise annoyance, we first and foremost encourage you to talk to your neighbours about the problem and, hopefully, find a solution together.
