The apartment

The apartment appears bright, modern and stylish with matt lacquered oak flooring and a large open kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is white JKE Design with a gray countertop and plinth as well as a dishwasher from Bosch in Energy class A++ and an integrated fridge and freezer. The apartment is easy to decorate so you can put your own personal touch on your brand-new home. In addition, the apartment has a functional floor plan, where each square meter is optimally utilized and adapted to a modern lifestyle. The bathroom is large and can accommodate a whole family on a busy morning. The bathroom also has underfloor heating and features an energy-efficient A+++ washer and B dryer from Bosch. You can apply for pet permission in all our apartments. NOTE: if you want measurements of the apartment, you must bring the measuring equipment to the showing yourself, as there are no measurements on the floor plan.

The property

Agerhusene is designed by the award-winning architects Danielsen Architecture, which always take the residents’ needs into account. In total, the property consists of eight cluster houses with two green courtyards, as well as passageways and urban spaces. This creates cozy common areas where residents can meet for a barbecue and playdates in safe surroundings. Play areas are provided for the children, and as part of the neighborhood park, a common ball court is built. Agerhusene has a great location – close to Høje Taastrup Station and in the middle of an active and vibrant city, where you can engage in various activities. With the S-train, you can be at Copenhagen Central Station in just 12 minutes. Also, there is only a short driving distance to both Ring 5 and the Holbæk motorway. Høje Taastrup is also ideal for those who want to be close to nature and green surroundings. There are three different forests in the municipality. Here, you can go cycling, running, fishing or have an outdoor picnic. Agerhusene is just 600 meters from City2, which offers more than 90 different shops. In addition, you will live very close to the new exciting district of Høje Taastrup C, which is located between City2 and Høje Taastrup Station. This area is developing rapidly with new apartment buildings, shops, supermarkets, cafes and a nice green park.
