Competition terms and conditions – Customer Survey 2026
By completing Balder’s Customer Survey 2026, you will be entered into a prize draw for the following prizes:
Trip to Tivoli including Ride Pass
All completed responses will be entered into a draw for entrance tickets and ride passes to Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen for four people. Three lucky winners will be selected.
The entrance and ride passes are valid on all Tivoli opening days in 2026.
The total value of the prize is DKK 5,988.
Stay at Hotel Nobis
Properties with a response rate of 35% or higher will be entered into a draw for a luxury overnight stay at the five-star Hotel Nobis. One lucky winner will be selected from the responses.
The stay is for two people in a superior double room and includes a two-course dinner with wine. Breakfast the following morning is also included. The stay must take place between October 2026 and April 2027. Certain dates may be excluded.
The estimated value of the prize is DKK 5,500.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
The winners will be selected by random draw in week 17, 2026. The winners will be notified directly by email, and the prizes will subsequently be sent by email. If a winner does not respond to the email within 14 days, the right to the prize will lapse, and we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to draw a new winner.
The names of the winners will not be published.
Employees of Balder and Sjælsø, as well as their families, are not eligible to participate in the competition.
The competition runs from March 25, 2026, and is organized by Balder Danmark A/S, Vesterbrogade 1E, 5th floor, 1620 Copenhagen V.

Please note: Prizes are taxable for the recipient. It is the recipient’s responsibility to report the value in box 20 as B income in their tax return.
General conditions for participation in competitions at Balder Denmark.

Who may participate
To participate in Balder's competitions, you must be at least 18 years old and have a registered address in Denmark. Employees in Balder Denmark and members of their household cannot participate in the competitions.
- For resident competitions If you want to participate in one of our competitions for residents, you must have an address in one of Balder Danmark's properties.
How to participate
Participation in a competition will take place via our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BalderLejeboliger/, Instagram profile https://instagram.com/balder_lejeboliger or by writing an email to competition@balder.dk. The specific terms of participation will appear in our posts on Facebook and Instagram. We will also have a post on our website with the description of the competition and how to participate, if you want to join the competition by writing us an email.
Participation is only registered if the instructions are met. Participation in the competition is not conditional on purchase, but at resident competitions participants must live in one of Balder's properties.
Special conditions for participating in connection to Balder's questionnaire
- Fill in all questions marked with *in the questionnaire that Balder has sent by e-mail.
- Write your e-mail address on the last page of the questionnaire. f you do not enter an e-mail address, you will not participate in the competition. However, you can still express your opinion to Balder via the questionnaire without participating in the competition.
Winners and prizes
The winners of the competition will be found by random draw on the announced date. Each entry awards the participant one ticket in the raffle. The winners will be contacted directly via Facebook, Instagram or by email, depending on where they have participated. If no answer is received within 7 days after the second contact attempt, a new winner will be drawn at random. All prizes can be picked up at Balder's Head Office as soon as possible after Balder has contacted the winners or can in special cases be delivered. Balder reserves the right to publish the winners on Balder Danmark's Facebook page and Instagram profile. The competition prizes will appear in the specific competition posts. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other gift.
The period of the competition in connection to Balder's questionnaire
You can send your answers in the period of the competition. Within five (5) days after the end date, Balder will pick a winner based on all answers that meet the criteria. The draw takes place via a random number generator.
Balder sends an email to the winner, who will be asked to provide their full name and address. If the winner does not return within 48 hours of Balder's request, the winner will be seen as having waived his/her prize and a new winner will be announced. This will last for a maximum of up to three (3) weeks.
Handling of personal information
In Balder we wish to let the good moments live. Therefore, by participating in the competition, you agree that Balder can share your photos, video and comments subsequently on our channels. Personal information is only used for administrative purposes, including the submission of prizes. In Balder, we handle your information in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Responsibilities and rights
Balder reserves the right to change the terms of the competition as well as to stop the competition without notice. On suspicion of cheating Balder reserves, the right to exclude participants without notice. Balder renounce any responsibility for direct, indirect or unintentional losses caused by participating in the competition.
Balder bears no responsibility for any printing errors and unintentional misunderstandings in connection with the competition.
Disputes in connection with this competition are subject to Danish law with the exception of Danish international private and commercial law and CISG. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be dealt with by the Danish courts.
