Huge 1 bedroom apartment with balcony

The apartment

The apartment is bright and spacious with an open kitchen and living room in the same central room. The white kitchen is from Invita and includes appliances from Bosch. In the bathroom you will find both washing machine and dryer, also from Bosch. The apartment is angled so you get the best possible inflow of light, which reflects beautifully on the white ash floor. You can apply for a pet permission in all our apartments. NOTE: if you want measurements of the apartment, you must bring the measuring equipment to the showing yourself, as there are no measurements on the floor plan.

NB: the pictures do not show the exact apartment, but instead are pictures of an apartment with the somewhat same floor plan and in the same condition. There may be variations in window, balcony and radiator placements between apartments of the same type. The property is further located just around the corner from Kalvebod Fælled school, which is a new primary school that specializes in sports and physical education. Ørestad’s high school is also close by, a modern high school with focus on digital education and media. Both schools are within a 5-minute bike ride.
