There is no parking at the property, but you as a resident have the opportunity to contact By & Havn and purchase a parking permit for the car park beneath Hesteskoen (Car Park Richard Mortensen). Else Alfelts Vej has street level parking with a time restriction of 30 minutes.

We encourage all residents to show consideration and understanding towards their neighbours. If you experience general noise annoyance, we first and foremost encourage you to talk to your neighbours about the problem and, hopefully, find a solution together. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your property manager between 8AM-5PM on Monday to Thursday. Friday between 8AM-4PM.
