On Sunday the 17th of May the newly built apartments in Lerholmen will be available for rental. Lerholmen is situated in Sporstræde in Nærheden - a new and sustainable quarter in Hedehusene.
Lerholmen is composed of 186 apartments, which vary in size ranging from 2-4 rooms and 58-99 m2. Every apartment has its own balcony or terrace. The residential property embodies the ambitions of Nærheden: sustainability, a sense of community and an easy everyday life.

The buildings meet the requirements for the highest energy label, all homes are equipped with their own high efficiency ventilation system, and the buildings are heated by an environmentally friendly heat supply. Additionally, solar panels will be installed on the roofs of the property”, says Lasse Aagaard-Møller, project manager at Balder Danmark.
Lerholmen is constructed by Balder Danmark, Sjælsø Management and DesignGroup Architects.
