Balder Denmark has acquired an attractive residential development plot in Helsingør’s former hospital area. On the site, the property “Ofeliahaven” will be developed, comprising around 110 rental homes.
The old hospital area has been deserted for a long time, but recently the municipality of Helsingør and Freja Ejendomme published a local development plan for the area and Balder’s residential building plot of approx. 9000 m2 is a substantial part of this project.
Ofeliahaven will comprise a total of approx. 110 apartments. The apartments vary in size ranging from 2-4 rooms and 50-105 m2, and the property can, therefore, accommodate students, couples, singles, families with children and the elderly. Every apartment will feature either a private balcony or a terrace. Residents in the property will also have access to the property’s green gardens with beautiful flowers and relaxing zones as well as areas that invite to play and games.
