Our properties are located close to shops, green spaces and public transport. All homes have a practical storage room and a washer-dryer stack, and most have their own balcony or terrace.
Some customers choose to handle the refurbishment of their home themselves. Please be aware that specific refurbishment requirements apply to each individual property. You can find guidance on moving out and carrying out your own refurbishment under your property.

Flemming has been part of Balder Denmark since 2019 and was appointed Co-CEO alongside Christina in June 2026. He is primarily responsible for finance, funding, transactions, and project development. In addition to his role at Balder, Flemming also serves as CEO of Sjælsø.

Christina has been part of Balder Denmark since 2018 and became Co-CEO alongside Flemming in June 2026. She oversees HR, ESG, property management, customers, strategy, and business development, and brings more than 20 years of real estate experience.

Hannah joined the Balder family in 2021, and she focuses on customers in relation to rental, administration and operation. Hannah has been in the real estate business since the late 1980s.

Jesper joined the Balder family in 2023 where he holds the main responsibility for all financial and economic areas. Jesper has been in the real estate business the past 15 years.
