Balder is the Real Estate Company of the Year 2025

We’re thrilled, proud – and honestly a bit overwhelmed. We can barely contain our excitement. At EjendomDanmark’s annual summit, EJENDOM2025, held on 9 November 2025, Balder won the prize as the Real Estate Company of the Year 2025 in front of a packed audience at Scandic Falkoner in Copenhagen.

This award means a great deal to us, especially because we’ve received it for our consistent focus on community and customer satisfaction – two things that are at the heart of everything we do, every single day.

We firmly believe that safe surroundings and strong relationships are the foundation of both happy residents and thriving properties. That’s why we prioritize personal service, presence and genuine care in our daily work with our customers.

Winning this award – and for precisely those values – in such a strong field makes us incredibly proud. The jury’s words touched us deeply:

With initiatives that strengthen the sense of unity in the company’s properties, Balder demonstrates how long-term relationships can be built. Balder has made it a hallmark to place community at the centre, serving as an inspiration to the rest of the industry.”

A heartfelt thank you
A small group of Balder employees was on stage this autumn day to accept the award and the applause from the room. Our Managing Director, Flemming Joseph Jensen, expressed his heartfelt thanks:
