The apartment

The apartment appears bright and spacious and is constructed in classic and modern materials. The center of the apartment is a large open-plan kitchen and living room, which receives a fantastic natural inflow of light from the large windows. The modern and practical kitchen from Invita features a tabletop in composite, LED-spotlights, and integrated appliances from Siemens. The bathroom features underfloor heating, a molded marble sink, a wall-hung toilet, and washing machine and dryer. You can apply for a pet permission in all our apartments. NOTE: if you want measurements of the apartment, you must bring the measuring equipment to the showing yourself, as there are no measurements on the floor plan.

NB: the pictures do not show the exact apartment, but instead are pictures of an apartment with the somewhat same floor plan and in the same condition. There may be variations in window, balcony and radiator placements between apartments of the same type. In addition, the view from windows or balcony may vary if the image is taken from a floor slightly higher up or further down than the apartment in question. Therefore, we always require you to participate in a showing of the apartment before you can sign a lease agreement, so you are sure of what you get.

The property

Lavetten is designed by the award-winning architect, Danielsen Architecture. The property has a modern architectural identity. By lowering the height of the building in the southwest corner, the view and the natural inflow of light are optimized for all residents. However, you have access to everything your heart might desire within this neighborhood. In addition to the magnificent nature, Ørestad South is home to Denmark's largest shopping center, Field's, and great cultural experiences, such as concerts and entertainment in the Royal Arena. Further, schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, cafes etc. are all close by.
