The apartment

The apartment has large windows and are angled for optimal inflow of daylight and view of the water. The light kitchen is from Invita and has plenty of cabinet space as well as built-in appliances from Siemens. The living room and kitchen are combined in one open room and provides the perfect settings for both dining and relaxing. The bathroom has large tiles on the floor and in the shower cabinet. It also comes with underfloor heating as well as washing machine and dryer. In the bedroom and the hallway, there are built-in closets. The floors are oak parquet floors from Junckers. You can apply for a pet permission in all our apartments. NOTE: if you want measurements of the apartment, you must bring the measuring equipment to the showing yourself, as there are no measurements on the floor plan.

NB: the pictures do not show the exact apartment, but instead are pictures of an apartment with the somewhat same floor plan and in the same condition. There may be variations in window, balcony and radiator placements between apartments of the same type. In addition, the view from windows or balcony may vary if the image is taken from a floor slightly higher up or further down than the apartment in question. The property

Skibbroen has an ideal location close to the city centre and at the same time with beautiful view over the waterfront at Havneholmen. The property was built in 2016 and consists of two L-shaped buildings with harbor-facing facades. The locations of the balconies on the facade has been architecturally designed to create a sense of character on the buildings. Local area

The property is located at the south-west of Copenhagen in a newly developed district called Havneholmen. From here you have easy access to Copenhagen city center and is at the same time very close to the water, which has made this district a sought-after place to live. This property is located right by the harbor front, where original boat sheds are placed, and houseboats are anchored side by side. The maritime atmosphere is one of the greatest assets, but you additionally have the city’s pulse near. From here, you have quick access to a shopping trip on Fisketorvet, a swim in the canal, or a cozy day in the old meat packing district (Kødbyen), where they serve an abundance of different food and wine. Havneholmen is also within walking distance from the new 2024 metro and several other transport options, e.g. buses from Kalvebod Brygge and S-train from Dybbølsbro station.
