The apartment has just been renovated and therefore appear almost new. It has been built in bright and contemporary materials, with solid parquet floors and white-painted walls, ceilings and panels. The spacious living room forms the heart of the apartment and is right next to an open, functional kitchen with lots of cabinet space, stove, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. In the bathroom you will have both washing machine and dryer. In the bedrooms you will find closets with storage space. In addition, there is a 3-4 sqm storage room in the basement.

Østerfælled Torv is located in Copenhagen East, called “Østerbro”. The property was built in 1994, but has been continuously renovated. The area has formerly housed the military, and therefore this property is built to architecturally and geometrically harmonize with the old, beautiful barracks. It is a unique and quiet area between the park “Fælledparken” and the main road of Copenhagen East “Østerbrogade”.
