Hesteskoen, in English "The Horseshoe", was constructed in 2015 and consists of multiple properties fused together and arranged in the shape of a horseshoe that opens up towards Kalvebod Fælled, which ensures that every apartment has an unobstructed view of the beautiful natural landscape. At the same time, the construction ensures that all apartments have a great inflow of light. Balder owns three of the properties in Hesteskoen that, in total, comprises 205 apartments.
