This is how Balder handles Covid-19

Balder follows the recommendations of the National Board of Health and the Government. We follow developments and adjust our routines on an ongoing basis to meet government guidelines. 

Guidelines for visits to clients / tenants, or visits to Balder's offices (including real estate offices)

Before we can visit you, as our client / tenant, you should consider the following:

  • Do you exhibit symptoms such as dry cough, fever or difficulty breathing?
  • Have you met anyone with the above symptoms for the past 2 weeks?

If the answer is yes to one of these questions, the visit should only take place when you are completely symptom-free and / or quarantined after returning home for at least 14 days. If the case is urgent and there is a risk of personal or property injury, exceptions can be made. As a tenant, you should always ask urgent questions at our customer service on +45 88 13 61 51.

When visiting the client / tenant or at Balder's offices we take the following precautions: 

  • We avoid handshakes and physical touch. 
  • Balder´s staff who have experienced symptoms must work from home and may not meet with tenants, partners or other Balder staff.

Guidelines regarding showings

Showings are carried out to the extent that the situation and the authorities' announcements allow for. In order for us to show you a lease, you must consider the following:

  • Do you exhibit symptoms such as dry cough, fever or difficulty breathing?
  • Have you met anyone with the above symptoms for the past 2 weeks?

If the answer is yes to one of these questions, we postpone the showing until you are completely symptom-free and / or quarantined after returning home for at least 14 days.
